About the Founder

Kenneth Basnight

This has been a challenging yet rewarding time in my life.  I would never have imagined that delivering food in October 2008 to seniors from the back of my car would have become a full-time outreach ministry, but here we are in 2011, and the need to help our seniors is even greater.  I recently read a scripture that allowed me to see why I could not walk away and do nothing.

“He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse” (Proverbs 27:28). One God allowed me to see what our seniors were going through; I could not hide my eyes.
